Hourly remote assistance will be billed at $100 per hour in 1/2 hr increments. This is a 20% savings off the on-site hourly rate. Plus there are no travel charges . This is a pay as you go service, payment will be required by credit card or electronic check at time of Service.

Online support can only be possible if all the conditions are met to allow Windows XP remote assistance to function uninhibited.

Prepaid Monthly Support contracts for remote assistance will be billed based on the number of computers that need to be supported at the location. Approximately 2 hours of Service time  is spent per workstation each month to assist end users and perform basic maintenance tasks. Price per Computer shall include a maximum 3 hours of Service per month, additional assistance will be billed at an additional 5% off. The rate will be at least 25% off the on-site hourly rate.  

Prepaid Quarterly Support contracts for remote assistance will be billed based on the number of computers that need to be supported at the location. Approximately 2 hours of Service time is spent per workstation each month to assist end users and perform basic maintenance tasks. Price per Computer shall include a maximum 11 hours of Service per quarter, additional assistance will be billed at an additional 7.5% off. The rate will be at least 30% off the on-site hourly rate.
