Brazos Valley Office Solutions is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of products and service available in the industry.  With our staff averaging over 16 years experience in the office technology and customer service industry. We are here to serve your office automation needs.  If you receive a product from BVOS that was damaged in shipment, BVOS will repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.  We also provide on-site warranty service on all products sold for 90 days from date of purchase.  In addition, you may purchase an extended warranty to cover your products for up to 3 additional years (see extended warranty for additional information).

Superior Service & Preventative Maintenance

The key to service maintenance is to provide routine preventative maintenance at designated intervals -  something a lot of companies no longer do. Problems need to be corrected BEFORE they occur by strictly following maintenance.  Check lists on all maintenance calls. We deliver on our service guarantee – unlike our competitors. If you are covered under a maintenance agreement and we cannot repair the equipment, we will replace it at no charge to you, good for the term of the lease. If you are down for more than 24 hours, we will provide a free loaner.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranties are offered to provide our customers with a sense of security that they will be provided with on-site service to keep their products running efficiently. All extended warranties include on-site service in the Brazos Valley along with the replacement of any defective part and, for our more durable commercial units, we offer our Star Warranty, which even includes supplies.

Installation

BVOS offers worry free professional installation of your equipment, freeing up your time for the more important things. Installation includes delivery, set-up and basic operations training.

Non Warranty On Site Service

BVOS is here to service your office equipment needs. We provide professional on-site service within the Brazos Valley at a rate of $100 per hour.
